Got rid of the smell particularly after the dry, hot summer had made it very pungent!

This product made a difference from the very first use! I left it overnight like the tip on the bottle said and the next day the smell had definitely improved! I've tried alot of other products and the smell still lingers this is the first product I've found that genuinely does eliminate the smell! I'll 100% be ordering more!

Well I have tried many products on my grass, but they always end up giving that smell !! That’s really not very nice.

Bought this for the patio, having three dogs even with regular washing/disinfecting there was always a smell, have used this a couple of times and the smells have gone, wound be nicer in a larger quantity, as 1L gets used quite quickly, but now have it on subscription

Very happy with this product. Has a fragrance but not too strong. Works well at reducing odours. Can leave a white residue when dried sometimes but easily rinsed.

Amazing product. Worked after one application overnight. Smell all gone and lovely and fresh again. Would definitely buy again.

Absolutely amazing stuff! I’ve used many cleaners to get rid of the smell of dog urine from my paved back yard (and failed) so didn’t believe this would actually work. But my god, it has! I’m amazed and can’t recommend this enough!

I had to use a strong mix on the artificial grass, worked perfectly no more urine smell. Certainly worked for. Would highly recommend.

Our artificial grass absolutely reeks of wee, it’s worse in the summer too. I’ve tried everything including the best seller, which hasn’t worked. This is the only thing that truly has worked. Gobsmacked to say the least. Wee smell gone! Now I can use my garden and not smell wee. Job done

I bought this artificial grass cleaner and I've tried loads before and I couldn't believe the results. It was amazing.I have two dogs and they both make the artificial grass absolutely stink. It's way, way worse in the heat and I've tried loads of things. I've tried all the disinfectants. I've tried the bestseller and that just masked it with some perfume.Now I tried this. I put it on in the evening, I left it to dry overnight, and the next day the smell had gone. Now a few days later the smell's not still there. The results are unreal.The smell too is nice-and not overpowering. even better is that its completely safe for kids, was always a bit nervous about the harsh chemicals they use in these disinfectants for the kids and the dogs!!! Will be buying on repeat!

This is an excellent product. I've tried a number of lawn disinfectants, and this is the first one that actually works. Other products I've used have been strong smelling and only work by masking the smell for a short time.I can definitely recommend Turf Tails.

Really happy with this purchase! I have a spaniel and young children and this has put my mind at ease that my artificial grass is clean for the kids the play on! It’s really easy to use and is lasting…plus huge bonus points for the fresh grass smell (something I really miss after switching from my real lawn to artificial grass) looking forward to summers on my garden this year.

I applied the cleaner to my artificial lawn late evening as directed and to be honest the next day I thought it hadn't worked but by the day after, the smell had completely gone. It takes time for the enzymes to break down the smell.Worked better than the current best seller on her as that just masked the smell, this actually gets rid. Highly recommend

Amazing product! Completely removed the odour of pet mess and we have used it for cat vomit too inside on carpet and wood flooring. The easy diluting means we have a spray bottle to hand and plenty of stock for the future. Will definitely buy again when we eventually run out!,

We have a Lab and as soon as the sun comes out my turf smells. It reeked badly last summer when we hosted. Tried so many disinfectants grass cleaners with fragrances that just masked the stench; made it smell nice and then it comes back after a few days!I tried this and the smell is gone! No sign of it coming back either. Pleasant scent and not over powering!So glad we found this brand and it’ll definitely be on repeat order, when summer comes.Recommend to anyone who has artificial turf!

With a dog who insists on using the same corner of our artificial lawn, we are constantly battling a lingering smell that is unpleasant to be around. This cleaner has completely changed that and saved us so much time on cleaning. One quick application and the whole area smells clean again. It’s sensitive and does't affect the turf, safe around pets, and makes the garden a pleasant space to be around. We actually want to sit in the garden now. Massively impressed.
