Returns Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
We accept returns on:

• Unused or partially used items

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 3–5 working days for processing after receipt

Non-Refundable Situations

We may refuse a refund if:

• The product has been excessively used beyond reasonable testing
• The product has been intentionally misused
