At Turf Tails, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday,
excluding bank holidays).
During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended — but we always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Delivery Options

We ship all orders via Royal Mail:

• Standard Delivery (typically 2–4 working days)
• Express Delivery (typically 1–2 working days)

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been
dispatched.

Delivery Disclaimer

Once your order has been handed to Royal Mail, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier. However, we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders
